The soul is that inner part of us that we can easily become disconnected or disengaged from and in so doing, losing touch or moving out of relationship with this vital aspect of ourselves. It is the part of us that holds all the knowledge of all of our experiences in this life and previous lives. It is also that part of us that can easily get stuck, blocked, lost, disconnected
and fragmented. The soul can lose or give away its power, or vital pieces of itself as a result of life experiences that range from ordinary everyday occurrences, to traumatic, or more challenging life events.
When soul loss or fragmentation occurs, we may be constantly searching for something outside of ourselves. This searching is prompted by a feeling that something is missing, something is wrong, something is ‘off track or off course.’ It can be a feeling of being trapped, blocked, stuck or lost at a deep inner level. Orders Refunds & Returns
Every endeavour is made to ensure you receive your order in good condition. In the event of damaged or faulty products, or incorrect products being packed, the goods will be replaced at no extra charge. However, refunds or replacements will not be made for incorrectly ordered products. Please make your choices carefully.
Shipping
NZ Orders
All orders placed for delivery within New Zealand incur a flat rate of $8.00 postage and handling and the goods are sent via courier to a street or rural address or by New Zealand Post to a P.O. Box. We aim to process your order as soon as possible, however delays may occur so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please contact Steven on stevenml@xtra.co.nz or (021) 121 9514
International Orders
Your order will be dispatched within 3-7 days of purchase. The standard shipping method available is:
International Air – Not trackable.
If you require item(s) to be shipped via International Courier with trackability – please contact me to arrange and confirm the cost.
Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. Please note that any customs clearance, taxes and/or any duty incurred upon arrival are your responsibility. Steven Lydford or Deep Healing Hypnotherapy cannot accept or liability for goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
