Why have a personal consultation?
Having a personal consultation means that I will be able to work with you to discover where you need the most support right now. Through my expertise and training I can create the perfect blend to help assist you in the best possible way for this moment.
Most First Light® flower essence blends will last approximately one month. Depending on your situation you may need to repeat a blend or if things have shifted significantly you may need a new blend created after this. During your personal consultation we will discuss this and I will advise on the best way forward for you with recommended steps on how to make the most of using your First Light® flower essence blend.
How does the consultation work?
Typically a first consultation is one hour, this allows enough time for discussion and to create a personalised plan for your support on an ongoing basis. During this session I will ask you some questions regarding the areas that you wish to receive support in. During the session I will determine the best blend to support you as you embark upon your journey of holistic healing using First Light® flower essences.
Follow up sessions can be scheduled for 30 mins or 60 mins depending on your requirements. Additional bottles of your existing personalised blend can be ordered without the need for a further appointment.

Follow up or shorter initial Consultation

This session can be a follow up consultation or if you require a simple initial consultation and are short of time you are welcome to book this option.
In this session we will focus upon what you are needing assistance with at this time.
We will work with the full range of 185 First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® to determine your requirements and how best to support you in the areas that you are wanting to focus upon.
You can book further sessions of either 30 mins or 60 mins according to your requirements.
Includes a personalised 25ml flower essence blend
Initial or Longer Follow Up Consultation
60 minute Flower Essence Consultation
$60.00
This is the best option for an initial consultation as it provides the space for discussion about a longer term plan for supporting your journey. We will look at ways to create positive long term changes in your world that work towards maintaining order, balance and harmony.
If you require more time for discussion in your follow up sessions you are also welcome to book this option for those.
We will work with the full range of 185 First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® to determine your requirements and how best to support you in the areas that you are wanting to focus upon.

House Clearings & Working with Animals
depending on requirements & travel time $tbc
House clearings of unwanted energies or rooms that have a bad or negative feel can be addressed using a variety of techniques. House clearings are preferably done onsite, however they can be done remotely if required.
Animals normally respond very well to First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® essence blends. Working with animals is preferable to be done onsite, however it can also be done remotely.

No Consultation Required

Many clients find benefit in taking their flower essence blend for longer than one month.
We will discuss your personal requirements for this during your consultation so you can choose to either order your follow up blend or book a follow up consultation after the first months supply finishes.
Select this option to order your personal blend to be shipped without the need for a consultation, or select one of the other options if you wish to have a further consultation before selecting your blend.
